Home My WebLink About4370 ORDINANCE NO. ~J~[_ 0642 Fr~ 247S AN ORDINANCE vacating portions of Carr Boulevard adjacent to 1144 Carr Boulevard located on the east side, 530 feet east of the intersection of Carr Blvd. and Harlow Drive. ~EREAS, the owner of the property abutting the right-of-way described as Parcel "C" of the City of Bremerton Adjusted Short Subdivision No. 55-79, recorded under Auditor ' s File No. 8911150196, filed on Reel 518, Frame 2103, records of Kitsap County~ Washington, has initiated proceedings for vacation of the right-of-way abutting said lot; and ~EREAS, notice has been posted and published according to law and a public hearing held on March 4, 1992; and WHEREAS, the Council finds that the portion of the right-of- way set forth herein is not needed for present or future traffic circulation and should be vacated on the adjoining property owner, Richard E. Berg, now, therefore THE CI~ OF BREMERTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN: Section 1. Vacation. The following right-of-way is hereby vacated to the adjoining property owner: SEE EXHIBIT "A" Section 2. Conditions. This right-of-way vacation shall be subject to the following conditions and deed restrictions: 1. The applicant shall pay compensation as established by the City Attorney's office prior to second reading hereof. 2. Necessary easements for existing and future public utilities are hereby reserved.
