AN ORDINANCE providing for the establishment of a fund to
be known as the Pendergast Regional park Construction
Fund.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. A capital projects fund to be known as the
"Pendergast Regional Park Construction Fund", is hereby created for
the purpose of receiving and disbursing funds as necessary for the
organization, design, and construction of the City's regional
athletic facilities.
SECTION 2. Monies to be deposited into this fund include all
donations received relative to the regional athletic facilities
project, all City and County funds allocated to the project
together with interest earnings attributable to the unexpended
balance of the fund.
SECTION 3. Monies shall be disbursed from this fund in a
manner consistent with State statute and City policies for the
acquisition, design and construction of the City's regional
athletic facilities together with any necessary ancillary
improvements.
SECTION 4. This fund shall be closed at the conclusion of the
project with any remaining monies distributed to the Park
Facilities Construction Fund (304).
