Payroll Specialist, and amending Ordinance 4231.
WHEREAS, the position of Payroll Specialist was removed from the Teamsters
Bargaining Unit on October 31,1991, is not a management position covered by management
salary and benefit ordinances, and should be included in Ordinance 4231; now, therefore,
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN:
Section 1. Amendment. Section i of Ordinance No. 4231 is hereby amended to
read as follows:
EMPLOYMENT CONTRACTS REQUIRED. Benefits, salary and a means of
salary adjustment shall be negotiated and included in individual employment contracts for
the positions of Confidential Executive Secretary to the Mayor, Legislative Assistant to the
City Council, Confidential Office Assistant Senior to the Personnel department, and Legal
Assistant to the City Attorney's Office and Payroll Specialist to the Department of
Administrative Services.
