AN ORDINANCE imposing upon consumers an additional one-quarter
percent (1/4%) excise tax on real property sales.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN:
Section 1. Additional Excise Imposed. The City of Bremerton hereby imposes on
the selling price of sales of real property within the corporate limits of the City an additional
one-quarter percent (1/4%) excise tax under Growth Management Act, SHB 2929 §38, 1990
1st Ex. Sess.
Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall become effective 10 days following
passage and publication.
