AN ORDINANCE setting forth fees, rates and charges for utility services and adding
a new chapter 15.09 to Title 15 of the Bremerton Municipal Code.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN:
Section 1. New Chapter. A new chapter, 15.09 UTILITY SERVICE
ASSESSMENTS, RATES AND CHARGES, is hereby added to the Bremerton Municipal
Code to read:
15.09.010 PURPOSE. The ordinance codified in this section established
assessments, rates and charges-for municipal waste and wastewater services.
15.09.020 WATER.
(a) ASSESSMENTS:
(1) General Facility Fee.
(a) Within City limits $150.00/ERU
(b) Without City limits $225.00/ERU
(2) Front Footage Fee.
(a) Within City limits $8.00 per foot
(b) Without City limits $12.00per foot
(3) Connection Fee.
