~[~?~-~.11~h Street, Bremerton, from Central Bremerton
/ Residential (CBR) to General Business.
WHEREAS, Atlantic Richfield Company submitted an application
for the rezone of this property located at 2114 Fifth Street,
Bremerton, Washington; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission conducted a public hearing on
January 29, 1991, accepted public comments on this rezone proposal,
considered zoning options offered by City staff and the applicant
and considered all applicable Criteria for the approval of a
rezone, as contained in Chapter X, Section 5-B of the Zoning
Ordinance; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held before the City Council on
March 13, 1991, to accept public comments pertaining to this matter
and to consider the Planning Commission's recommendations; and
WHEREAS, the City Council agreed with the Planning
Commission's recommendation based on public testimony presented and
adopts its Findings of Fact for reasons in support of this action;
NOW, THEREFORE,
THE CI~ OF BREMER~N DOES HEREBY ORDAIN:
Section 1. ~endment. The zoning for the property described
below is hereby changed from Central Bremerton Residential (CBR) to
General Business (GB): ~[[[587~ 16~
Lots 5 & 6, Houston's first Addition to the town of
Charleston, according to Plat recorded in Volume 3 of
Plats, page 78, in Kitsap County, Washington.

EX. I
The official zoning map of the City of Bremerton is hereby
amended to reflect this change as shown in Exhibit "A" attached
hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Section 2. Conditions. That the following condition shall
apply:
1. The site shall be developed substantially as shown in
Exhibit "B" attached hereto and incorporated herein by
reference with the deletion of all exits on Fifth Street
and that landscaping along Fifth Street be' extende~ to
what is shown on driveway;
2. The applicant/developer shall record the site plan,
exhibit "B", with the Kitsap County Auditor as a binding
site plan.
Section 3. Effective Date. This ordinance shall become
effective ten (10) days from the passage and publications.
APPROVED by the City Council on the first reading this
