AN ORDINANCE amending the Management and Professional Staff Compensation
Program by adding a new classification of Water Quality Manager to the
Management and Professional Staff group and amending Chapter 2.50.020of the
Bremerton Municipal Code.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN:
Section 1. Amendment. Section 2.50.020of the Bremerton Municipal Code is hereby
amended to read as follows:
2.50.020 APPLICABILITY, EXCLUSIONS AND EXEMPTIONS.
(a) Applicability. The provisions of the Program adopted by this chapter shall only
apply to salaried management and professional appointive positions listed below; Provided,
however, For the City Auditor, the responsibilities of the Mayor shall be exercised by the
Audit Committee, and for the City Attorney, Mayoral approvals shall be forwarded to the
City Council and may be modified by the Council President.

Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall become effective ten days from
passage and publication.
