Bremerton Zoning Ordinance to add specific uses to the
-Professional Office (PO)" zoning district.
WHEREAS, the Land Use Tables of Zoning Ordinance Chapter V
list the uses that are permitted in each of the City's zoning
districts; and
WHEREAS, the Bremerton Planning Commission, following a public
hearing on October 15, 1991, determined that eight additional uses
are compatible with the Professional Office zone and should be
permitted in that zone; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission's recommendations were
received and considered at a City Council public hearing on
November 20, 1991, after which the City Council approved the
amendments as presented; now therefore
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN
Section 1. The Land Use Tables of Chapter V of the Bremerton
Zoning Ordinance are hereby amended to add the following uses to
the Professional Office zone as Allowed Principal Uses:
A. Library
B. Photographic Services
C. Personal Apparel Repair Services
D. Tobacconist
Section Z. The Land Use Tables of Chapter V are also amended
to add the following uses to the Professional Office zone, each of
which shall require approval of a Special Use Permit:
A. Mini Day Care Program (fewer than 13)
B. Laundering and Dry Cleaning (other)
C. Parking Structure
D. Communications Exchanges, Broadcasting Studios
APPROVED by the City Council on the first reading this 23
day of December , 1991.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton on second
reading this 30 day of December , 1991.
