compensation and repealing Ordinance No. 4256.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BREMERTONDOES HEREBY ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 4256 is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2: MAYOR'S SALARY - The Mayor of the City of
Bremerton shall receive annual compensation in the amount of Fifty-
Three Thousand Four Hundred Thirty dollars ($53,430) together with
benefits as provided to the non-uniformed managers of the City.
SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE - While this Ordinance shall not be
effective until second reading and publication pursuant to the City
Charter, the Mayor shall begin receiving the salary as set forth in
the Ordinance effective January 1, 1991.
SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall be effective 10 days after
passage and publication.
