AN ORDINANCE amending the Bremerton Zoning Ordinances to allow
"car and truck rental" uses in the Business Core (BC) Zoning
District.
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted the Bremerton Zoning
Ordinance in November 1988; and
WHEREAS, currently the rental of cars and trucks is not
permitted in a Business Core zone; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that allowing car and truck
rental businesses in the Business Core (BC) zone would be
beneficial to the community, now therefore
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN:
Section 1. Amendment. Ordinance No. 4172, Chapter V, Land
Use Table 5 is hereby amended according to Exhibit "A" attached
hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
APPROVED by the City Council on the first reading this
