of a fund to be known as the Waterfront Parks
Construction Fund.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1: A capital projects fund to be known as the
"Waterfront Parks Construction Fund" is hereby created for the
purpose of receiving and disbursing funds as necessary for the
acquisition, design and construction of the new downtown waterfront
park projects for the City.
SECTION 2: Monies to be deposited into this fund shall
include the proceeds of any instruments of indebtedness issued for
acquisition, design and construction of the downtown waterfront
park projects, any grant monies received for such purpose, such
other funds as the City Council may authorize and interest earnings
attributable to the unexpended balance of the fund.
SECTION 3: Monies shall be disbursed from this fund in a
manner consistent with current City policy for the acquisition,
design and construction of the new City of Bremerton downtown
waterfront parks projects as they are presently and hereafter
authorized by the City Council.
APPROVED by the City Council on the first reading on this
~O day of May, 1990.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton on second
reading this ~ day of June, 1990.
