THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN:
Section 1. Amendment. Section 5.02.090 of the Bremerton
Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
5.02.090 OCCUPATION TAX -MANUFACTURED OR NATURAL GAS. There
is levied upon and shall be collected from every person, firm or
corporation engaged in the sale of manufactured or natural gas
within or partly within the corporate limits of the City, a
business and occupation tax 4, =~~ ~ ..... ~ .... ~ ~=v
~ ..... ~ ..... ~ ~"~ .... Such tax shall be equal to ~ .... six
percent (6%) of the total gross business rendered within the City.
Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall become
effective ten (10) days from passage and publications.
