ORDINANCE NO. .
AN ORDINANCE vacating portions of the unnamed, undeveloped
right-of-way intersecting Wheaten Way on the east side across
from a~Pff 160 feet south of Dibb Street.
WHEREAS, the owner of Lot i, plat of 'Sylvan Park", as
recorded in Volume 6 of P!ats~ page 45~ records of Kitsap County
with minor exceptions has initiated proceedings for vacation of the
~ight--of-way abutting said iot~ and
WHEREAS, notice has been posted and published according to law
and e public hearing held on April II, 1990~ and
WHEREAS, the Councml finds that the portion of the right-of-
way sat forth herein is not needed for present or future traffic
~irctla~z~_~n and should be vacated to the adjoining property owner~
Fo~al!. and Liiiian Ross~ now, therefore~
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN:
Section 1. Vacation. Th~a following right-of-way are hereby
