AN ORDINANCE of the City of Bremerton levying Municipal Taxes against all
the taxable.property within the City limits of Bremerton for the year 1995 and
approving t.~e assessment roll made by the Assessor of Kitsap County, therefore to
be collected in the year 1996.
THE CITY OF BKEMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1: That a tax on the total valuation of the taxable property of the City of
Bremerton assessed at the rate of $3.8020 per one-thousand dollars of assessed, value, to generate
estimated tax revenue of $4,703,968 be, and the same is hereby_ levied against the taxable property
located within the co_rporate limits of the City of Bremerton, for municipal purposes for the year
1995, to be collected in t_he year 1996, and the same to be carried on the tax rolls and collected by
the Treasurer of Kitsap County.

Section 2: That the assessment roll, as made by the County Assessor ofKitsap Coun~ty,
Washin~d-revie~wed by the County Commissioner. s or said county, assessing property val.ue
as a basis for taxes t0r the year 1995, to be collected in the year 1996, in which sfiid roll the
taxable property in the City of Bremerton has been preliminarily assessed in the sum of
$1,239,5-63,247 be and the said assessment roll is hereby approved as the assessment roll for the
City of Bremerton. This Levy shall be modified, as needed, upon receipt of this final assessment
roll from the County so as to comply with the limitation imposed by RCW 84.55.010.
