AN ORDINANCE amending Bremerton Municipal Code Section 2.12.040to clarify
the enabling authority for planning functions of the City.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN:
Section 1. Amendment. Bremerton Municipal Code Section 2.12.040 is hereby
amended to read as follows:
2.12.040 AUTHORITY. The planning commission, planning department and
city council shall perform all planning functions pursuant to the authority of Article XI, §§
