AN ORDINANCE providing salary and other benefits of the
position of Human Resources Assistant and amending
Ordinance 4356.
WHEREAS, the position of Human Resources Assistant is
excluded from the General Employees bargaining unit and is not
included in the Management and Professional Staff Compensation
Program ordinances, and should be included in Ordinance 4356;
now therefore,
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN:
Section 1. Section 1 of Ordinance No. 4356 is hereby
amended to read as follows: EMPLOYMENT CONTRACTS REQUIRED.
Benefits, salary and a means of salary adjustment shall be
negotiated and included in individual employment contracts for
the positions of Confidential Executive Secretary to the
Mayor, Legislative Assistant to the City Council, Confidential
~~ Asslstant Senzor to ............... ~= ~o~ Department, ~_enefzts
Specialist to in the Personnel Department~ Human Resources
Assistant in the Human Resources Department, Legal Assistant
to in the City Attorney's Office and Payroll Specialist ~r~ in
the Department of Administrative Services.
