AN ORDINANCE TO ANNEX CERTAIN PROPERTIES TO THE CITY OF BREMERTON
FOR MUNICIPAL PURPOSES
WHEREAS, the City of Bremerton is the owner of certain parcels of property which are
included in the City Utilities watershed protection area or sludge disposal areas and will continue
to intend to continue to use these properties for these purposes;
NOW THEREFORE
THE CITY OF BRE1VIERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. The five (5) parcels described and depicted on the pages attached hereto as Exhibit
"A" and incorporated herein by reference are annexed to and made a part of the City of
Bremerton.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect ten days following passage and publication. The
Clerk shall file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the Kitsap County Commissioners and as
otherwise provided by law.
