e taxable property within the City limits of' Bremerton for the year i-995 and
approving the assessment roll made by the Assessor of Kitsap County, therefore to
be collected in the year 1995.
NOW THEREFORE THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1: That a tax on the total valuation of the taxable property of the City of
Bremerto~-~s~ed at the rate of' $3.741 per one-thousand dollars of assessed value, to generate
estimated tax revenue of $4,357,894 be, and the same is hereby levied against the taxable property
located within the co.rporate limits o£ the City o£ Bremerton, £or municipal purposes for the year
1994, to be collected in the year 1995, and the same to be carried on the tax rolls and collected by
the Treasurer otKitsap County.

Section 2: That the assessment roll, as made by the County Assessor of Kitsap County,
Washin~d-revie_wed by the County Commissioners or said county, assessing property value
as a basis for taxes/or the year 1994, to be collected in the year 1995, in which said roll the
taxable property in the City of Bremerton has been preliminarily assessed in the sum of
$1,164,763,332 be and the said assessment roll is hereby approved as the assessment roll for the
City of Bremerton. This Levy shall be modified, as needed, upon receipt of this final assessment
roll from the County so as to comply with the limitation imposed by RCW 84.55.010.
