Section 1. Amen4ment. BMC Section 9A.32.080 is hereby
amended to read as follows:
9A.32.080 ORDER FOR PROTECTION AND RESTRAINING ORDER - STATE
STATUTES ADOPTED BY REFERENCE. RCW Chapters 26.50~ and 26.09.300
and RCW 10.14 are adopted by reference.
Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance Shall become
effective ten (10) days from passage and publication.
