AN ORDINANCE vacating a portion of an alley abutting Yantic Avenue, "Port
Orchard Addition".
WHEREAS, Terry Thompson and Kimmie Thompson, owners of property abutting
Yantic Avenue and the alley platted in Lot 9, Block 13, "Port Orchard Addition", have
petitioned the City Council to formalize vacation of said rights-of-way by operation of law;
and
WHEREAS, the Council finds that platting and development of these rights-of-way
meet the requirements of vacation by operation of law; now, therefore,
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN:
Section 1. The following rights-of-way are hereby vacated without condition or
reservation of rights:
The north one-half of the alley running east and west, and the east one-half
of the alley running north and south, abutting Lot 9, Block 13, Port Orchard,
according to plat recorded in Volume 1, of Plats, Page 96 in Kitsap County,
Washington.
