AN ORDINANCE amending the filling of the Municipal Court Judge
position, and amending Section 2.62.020 of the Bremerton Municipal Code.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN:
Section 1. Amendment. Section 2.62.020 of the Bremerton Municipal Code is
amended to read as follows:
2.62.020 MUNICIPAL JUDGE - APPOIN~TMENm'~ POSITION - QUALIFICATIONS
AND TERM (Effective January 1, 1995). The office of Municipal Court Judge shall be
on
position and filled pursuant to RCW 3.50.
Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall become effective ten (10) days from
passage and publication.
