and refuse regulation under Title 6 BMC and amending Section
6.04.160 of the Bremerton Municipal Code.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN:
Section 1. Amendment. BMC Section 6.04.160 is hereby amended to
read as follows:
6.04.160 PENALTY FOR VIOLATIONS. Except as otherwise provided by
this chapter, all violations of the provisions of this chapter shall
constitute civil infractions and shall be punishable as follows:
The maximum civil base penalty per day or portion thereof for each
violation is as follows:
i. First Conviction $100.0065.00/Day
ii. Second Conviction for Same
Violation $200.00115.00./Day
iii. Third Conviction for Same
Violation $300.00170.00./Day
iv. Additional Convictions for Same
Violation in Excess of Three $500.00250.00./Day
Section Z. Effective Date. This ordinance shall become effective
ten (10) days from passage and publication.
