skateboards and bicycle violations and amending Section
10.12.040 of the Bremerton Municipal Code.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN:
Section 1. Amen4ment. BMC Section 10.12.040 is hereby
amended to read as follows:
10.12.040 VIOLATION - PENALTY. Upon determination that a
violation under this chapter has been committed, such violation
shall be punishable by a fine not excccdlng f~ft~ dvll~
base penalty of thirty-seven dollars ($37.00).
Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall become
effective ten (10) days from passage and publication.
