AN ORDINANCE amending the management and professional staff compensation
plan; and amending Chapter 2.50 of the Bremerton Municipal Code.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN:
Section 1. Amendment. Section 2.50.020 of the Bremerton Municipal Code is
amended to read as follows:
(a) Applicability. The provisions of the Program adopted by this chapter shall only
apply to salaried management and professional appointive positions designated as such and
authorized in the Cit¥'sAnnual Budget !isted2oeto.w; Provided, however, For the City Auditor,
the responsibilities of the Mayor shall be exercised by the Audit Committee, and for the
City Attorney, Mayoral approvals shall be forwarded to the City Council and may be
modified by the Council President.

Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall become effective ten (10) days from
