AN ORDINANCE amending the Uniform Code for the Abatement of Dangerous
Buildings and amending Chapter 17.04 of the Bremerton Municipal Code.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN:
Section 1. New Section. A new Section 17.04.065,AMENDMENTS TO THE DBC,
is hereby added to Chapter 17.04 to read as follows:
17.04.065 AMENDMENTS TO THE DBC.
(a) DBC Sec. 908Co) Interest shall be amended to read as follows:
All such assessments remaining unpaid after 30 days from the
date of recording on the assessment roll shall become
delinquent and shall bear interest at the rate,,.^~' 7 ~,,,.,~,,.,* ~,,,.~-
annum provided for in RCW 84.56.020 as now or hereafter
amended for delinquent taxes from and after said date.
(b) DBC Sec. 909 Report to Assessor and Tax Collector: Addition of Assessment to
Tax Bill shall be amended to read as follows:

Treasurer thc amount of such assessment due and owing.
(c) DBC Sec. 91] Collection of Assessment: ?enMties for Foreclosure shall bc
amended to read as follows:

amount of such assessment upon the ~ rolls against the
property and pursuant to RCW 35.80.030, the same or the
annu~ ins~lment shall become a pa~ of the gener~ rexes for
that year to be coll~t~ at the same time and with interest as
such rates and in such manner as provid~ for in RCW
84.56.020,as now or hereafter amendS, for delinquent ~xes.
If the legislative body of this judsdiction has determined that
the assessment shall be paid in installments, each ins~llment
~ shall become a p~ of the gener~ ~es for that
y~r to be collected at the same time with interest at such rate
and in such m~ner as provid~ for in RCW 84.56.020,as now
or her~fter amendS, for delinquent ~xes.
Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall b~ome eff~tive ten (~0) days from
passage ~d publication.
