A~ ORDINA~ICE amending the hours and days of use of
fireworks, and amending Chapter 9.48 of the Bremerton
Municipal Code.
· HE CItY OH BREMERTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN:
Section 1. Amendment. BMC Section 9.48.050 is hereby amended
to read as follows:
9.48.050 HOURS AND DAYS OF USE. No person shall use or
explode any fireworks within the city except from
noon ~' ~ ~ ......... 11:00 a m to 11:00 ~.m. on July 4th of
any year or as part of a public display authorized pursuant to the
laws of the State of Washington;

of fireworks shall be prohibited except from twelve o'clock noon on
June 28th to after 11:00 p.m. July 4th, in any calendar year.
Nothing in this provision shall make it illegal to have public
displays of fireworks when approved by the Bremerton Fire
Department in accordance with the Bremerton Municipal C0ge.
Section ~ ....... Effective Date. This ordinance~s~h_~lt become
effective ten (10) days from passage and publication.
