Home My WebLink About4678 ORDINANCE NO. 4678 AN ORDINANCE establishing cost recovery of subsidized costs from non-city residents utilizing specified city services and amending Chapter 3.01 of the Bremerton Municipal Code WHEREAS, a large number of non-city residents utilize city services which are subsidized in part by city taxpayers; WHEREAS, the City of Bremerton encourages non-residents to participate in the many programs and services offered by the city at the full cost of those services; now, therefore, THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN: Section 1. Amendment. Chapter 3.01 of the Bremerton Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows: 3.01.100 NON RESIDENTIAL USE OF CITY SERVICES. Non-city residents shall pay the rates shown on Attachment A multiplied by 20% with the exception of daily admission fees and merchandise for sale. Section 2. Effective Date.
