AN ORDINANCE repealing Ordinance No. 3960 which created Chapter 2.60 of the
Bremerton Municipal Code.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN:
RULEMAKING PROCEDURES
SECTION 1. Repeal. Ordinance No. 3960 creating the Rulemaking Procedures is
hereby repealed in its entirety.
SECTION 2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall take effect ten (10) days from
passage and publication.
