AN ORDINANCE setting fees and charges for Right-of-Way Use Permits.
Whereas, Bremerton Municipal Code, Chapter 11.02, requires that a fee schedule
be adopted by the City Council for fees and changes associated with Right-of-Way Use
Permits,
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES
HEREBY ORDAIN:
Section 1. Establishment.
PURPOSE. This ordinance establishes fees and charges for Right-of-Way Use
Permits.
i. RIGHT-OF-WAY USE PERMITS FEES AND CHARGES.
The following fees are established for Right-of-Way Use Permits:

TYPE A A. Regular $65.00
(Short Term Use)
TYPE B A. Sidewalk Repairs $15.00
(Disturbance of
ROW) B. Driveway, Transverse Street $65.00
Patch & Spot Patches
C. New Curb, Gutter & Sidewalk $1.00/Ft with a $100.00
Longitudinal Street Patch min.
D. New Street $3.00/Ft with a $300.00
min.
E. Water & Sewer Mains & $15.00
Laterals ROW Permit
TYPE C A. Application & Processing $100.00
(Long Term Use)
B. Use
1. Longer than 1 year 1/10 adjoining land value

II. ANNUAL ADJUSTMENT
The fees set forth in the ordinance shall be adjusted on February 1st of each year based
upon the Seattle Area Consumer Price Index, for all permits for the year ended
December of the preceding year unless otherwise adjusted by the City Council. The
new fees will be rounded down to the nearest dollar.
Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall become effective ten days after
passage and publication°
