AN ORDINANCE extending interim procedures for Land Use Permit Hearings
and amending Ordinance No. 4550.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 4550 established interim procedures for hearing Land Use
Permit approvals and appeals in accord with Chapter 36.70Co) RCW; and
WHEREAS, these interim regulations should be extended to allow for completion of
permanent procedures in the Bremerton Zoning Code; now, therefore,
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN:
Section 1. Amendment. Section 5 of Ordinance No. 4550 is amended to read as follows:
Section 5. Effective Dates. This ordinance shall take effect ten (10) days from passage and
publication and shall expire-n/ne~tffD~ one hundred eighty (180) days following its effective date.
Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall become effective ten (10) days from
passage and publication.
