AN ORDINANCE amending the parking code to increase penalties for disabled parking
violations; and amending BMC Title 10.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN:
Section 1. Amendment. Section 10.11.030 of the Bremerton Municipal Code is hereby
amended to read as follows:
10.11.030 PENALTIES. Unless specifically set forth elsewhere in this title, the
penalties for each parking violation of the provisions of this chapter and Chapter 10.04, defined
as an infraction, shall be:
(h) Physically Disabled (public and private): $50.00 $175.00
Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall become effective ten (10) days from
passage and publication.
