AN ORDINANCE amending the penalty for violations of the City Building Code, and,
amending Bremerton Municipal Code 17.04.110.
Section 1. Amendment. Section 1704.110 of the Bremerton Municipal Code is hereby amended
as follows:
17.04. 110 PENALTY FOR VIOLATIONS.
Unless otherwise more specifically provided, any person, firm, or corporation violating any
of the provisions of the City Building ~ Code shall be deemed to have committed a civil
refraction misdemeanor and shall be deemed to have committed a separate offense for each and every
day or portion thereof during which any violation of any of the provisions of the building code is
committed, continued or permitted. (Ord. 4418 § I (in part). 1993).
