AN ORDINANCE eliminating the Park and Recreation Facility
Development Fund and the Roosevelt Capital Assets Fund and
repealing chapters 3.22 and 3.23 of the Bremerton Municipal Code.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. Repeal. Chapters 3.22 and 3.23 of the Bremerton Municipal Code are hereby
repealed.
Section 2. Transfer of Assets. All monies and other assets of the Park and recreation Facility
Development Fund and the Roosevelt Capital Assets Fund are hereby transferred to the newly created
Park Development Fund.
Section 3. Effective Date. This ordinance shall become effective on December 31,2000.
APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton on the 6th day of December, 2000.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton on the 13th day of December, 2000.
