AN ORDINANCE eliminating the fund type designation for the Gift and
Donation Fund and amending Chapter 3.26 of the Bremerton Municipal Code.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. Amendment. Section 3.26.100 is hereby amended to read as follows:
3.26.100 ESTABLISHED. Them is hereby established a fund to be called the "GIFT AND
DONATION FUND' for the purpose of accepting gifts and donations on behalf of all departments of the
City as authorized by RCW 35.21.100.
Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall become effective ten (10) day from passage
and publication.
APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton this 6th day of December, 2000.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton this 13th day of December, 2000.
