AN ORDINANCE eliminating the Employee Medical Insurance
Reserve Fund and repealing chapter 3.29 of the Bremerton
Municipal Code.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. Repeal. Chapter 3.2g of the Bremerton Municipal Code is hereby repealed.
Monies of the Employee Medical Insurance Reserve fund have been exhausted and there is no further
need for the fund.
Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall become effective on December 31, 2000.
APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton on the 6th day of December, 2000.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton on the 13th day of December, 2000.
