AN ORDINANCE relating to the establishment of on-street paid
parking on Fifth Street in the downtown business district.
WHEREAS, WAC 3 8-330-270(6) authorizes the City to implement paid on-street
parking by legislative action; and
WHEREAS, establishment of on-street paid parking at this location will not impact traffic
circulation in the area.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES
ORDAIN:
Section 1. That on-street paid parking is hereby established:
(1) On Filth Street, east of Park Avenue
as referenced in Exhibit A, drawing of proposed on-street parking location and incorporated
herein.
Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall become effective ten (10) days a~er
passage and publication.
