AN ORDINANCE reaffirming and reenacting Ordinance No. 4674 which established
green fees for the Gold Mountain Golf Complex and Repealed Resolution Nos. 2657 and
2684
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. Reaffirm and Reenact Ordinance No. 4674 in its entirety as PASSED by
the City Council of the City of Bremerton on the 17th day of November, 1999; approved by the
Mayor on the 24th day of November, 1999; and effective the 30th day of November, 1999.
Ordinance No. 4674 is attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference as if fully set
forth.
SECTION 2. Alternative Reaffirmation and Reenactment. In the event that Section
1 of this Ordinance is invalidated by a Court of competent jurisdiction, Ordinance No. 4674 is
reaffirmed and reenacted in its entirety except that the effective date of Ordinance No. 4674
shall be the 1`t day of January, 2000.
SECTION 3. Effective Date. This ordinance shall take effect ten (10) days from
passage and publication.

AN ORDINANCE establishing greens fees for the Gold Mountain
Golf Complex and Repealing Resolution Nos. 2657 and 2684.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN:
Section 1. Greens Fees for the Gold Mountain Golf Complex attached hereto as Rate
Table F(1 ) and incorporated herein by this reference are hereby adopted.
Section 2. CPI ADJUSTMENT· In addition to such other changes as may be approved
by City Council, commencing January 1, 2006 and on January 1st of each successive year
thereafter, the Greens Fees established above shall automatically be adjusted based upon
the Consumer Price Index for all Urban Consumers (CPI-U), U.S. City Average, as published
by the Bureau of Labor Statistics for the year ending June 30 of the prior year.
Section 3. The adjustment of any rate or fee may be deferred by the City Council by
the passage of an ordinance at least sixty days in advance of the date on which the rate or fee
was scheduled to increase.
Section 4. Effective Date. This ordinance shall take effect ten (10) days from passage
and publication.
