AN ORDINANCE repealing Ordinance No. 4708, which amended the Bremerton
Comprehensive Plan and Comprehensive Plan Map; and repealing Ordinance
No. 4710, which amended the Official Zoning Map of the City of Bremerton to
conform to the 1999 amendments to the Bremerton Comprehensive Plan and
Map adopted in Ordinance 4708.
WHEREAS, to ensure proper public participation for the review of the Roger and Jennifer
Nance Comprehensive Plan amendment application for the "Nance-Kitsap WayNVeslon Place"
rezone; and
WHEREAS, the Roger and Jennifer Nance Comprehensive Plan amendment application for
the "Nance-Kitsap WayNVeslon Place" rezone will be remanded to the Bremerton Planning
Commission for proper public participation review; now therefore
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. Repeal. Ordinance No. 4708 amending the Bremerton Comprehensive
Plan and Comprehensive Plan Map is hereby repealed in its entirety.
SECTION 2. Repeal. Ordinance No. 4710 amending the Official Zoning Map of the
City of Bremerton to conform to the 1999 amendments to the Bremerton Comprehensive Plan
and Map is hereby repealed in its entirety.
SECTION 3. Effective Date. This ordinance shall take effect ten (10) days from
passage and publication.
