Wkereas, the City af Breme~an has reviewed the work accamplished under its Camprehen~ive A~erial Street Oanstructian Pragram and determined current City street need~; and, ~k~r~, the City Cauncil caused ta be prepared a re~i~ed and extended Six- Year Transpa~atian Improvement Plan far the periad ~f Janua~ ~, 200~, ta December 3~, 2006, and a~er public hearing therean approved the same; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN: Section 1. That the revised and extended Six-Year Transpo~ation Improvement Plan 2001-2006 and Schedule is adopted as the revised and e~ended Six- Year Transpo~ation Improvement Plan for the period of Janua~ 1, 2001, to December 31,2006~ Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall become effective ten days after passage and publication.
