Perpetual Care Fund and repealing chapter 3.20 of the
Municipal Code.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. Repeal. Chapter 3.20 of the Bremerton Municipal Code is hereby repealed.
Section 2. All monies presently held in the Ivy Green Cemetery Perpetual Care Fund
shall be transferred to the Park and Recreation Facility Development Fund wherein the use of
such monies shall be restricted to the maintenance and improvement of Ivy Green Cemetery.
Section 3. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall become effective ten (10) days after
passage and publication.
