is hereby ~ransferred from ~he general f~d ~ Fire Depar~men~ Capital 0u~lay,for
~he purpose of purchacing Hook and Ladder True~,Final payment on purchace price.
BE IT F~T~R ~SOL~D tha~ the s~ hereinabove ~ransfe.rred,be placed
in the Budge~ for 1928,and ~ha~ the general ~ f~d be thereupon reimbursed
