Letter received frpm Er ~[.Barrineuvo requesting a transfer pf $ool Hall
license granted to 1,[ S.Navarro at No ~46 Burwell St,as he had purchaced Navarro's
interest in ~eO~dham,moved and seoomded by ~,~ Casad ~hat the matter of transfer
be referred to the Chief of Police for investigation,

Reports submitted by the School investigating committee consisting of
~[r E E.Crawford of Bremerton,L[r H W.Nightengale ~anitary Engineer of the Washington
State Department of Health,and ~r H D,Shewmaker Deputy State Fire ~arshal Of
Olympia, Jash.we re read.
~[r Halverson moved and seconded by ~ Oldham that the recommendations
submitted on the Bremerton Schools by the investigating cormuittee as read be
the Commission and the clerk be instructed to notify the School Board of the
approval of ~he report.

and allowed by a majori~y of the Colmmission the clerk be instructed ~o issue

}~ayor 01dham announced the appointment of I~r R G.Kean as a
member of the Library Board,and 2r John C.Brahm as Police and traffic Officer,

of i2r ~ean and Brahm as announced by the Dlayor be confirmed by the Commission~;

~r Casad reported that I,~ Hartman Cotmsel for the I~[anette Bridge Co.
told him that 2ir B~el would be here within a week or 2en days to look ove details
in connection with the construction of the proposed bridge over the £ort %[ashington
narrows in Bremerton.
There being no further business to come before the meeting,
