AtJourned meeting of the City Commissioners of the Oity of Bremerton,Wash,
held at two O'Clock P,M.' Wednesday November 16.19E?. with Mayor C ~VB.Oldham
presiding and Commissioners Halverson and Casad and City Attorney Stevenson present
at roll call.
City Treasurer A M,Anderson reported that redemption has been made
on lot 30and west half of lot 31of replat of Lew~s L.Lewes add~tion to Bremerton,
and further reported that ~iohael Lowrey had agreed to pay the amount of redemption
also to pay all outstanding assessments up to$600.00 conveying above described
property to Mr Lowrey.
M.r Halverson moved and seconded by ~&r Oldham that the Mayor a
and Clerk be instructed to sign the deed and clerk be instructed to have deed
properly recorded. Motion carried as follows Mr 01dham Yes Mr Halverson Yes,
Mr Casad Yes.

be instructed to invest tE000.00-from the Wa~er Shed Purchase fund in aurrant
