Regular meeting of the City Commissioners of the City of Bremerton,Wash,
held at l0 O'Clock Wednesday November 9th,l$£?,with Mayor C E B,Oldham presiding
and Commissioners Halverson and Casad and City Attorney Stevenson present at roll
~inutes of the previous and adjourned meetings read and approved as read
by the following vote M~r Oldham ~es,~ Halverson Yes,~ Casad ~es.
Letter received and read from Mr Thomas Mc Keown requesting a runway
from his home to llth Btreet for use of Auto traffic.
The matter was referred to the City Engineer.
~r Benjamin the Diver being present reported that he had replaced sever~
bolts in water pipe crossing the bay to Manette and it required more replacements
which he believed could be done on one more tide or'a matter of a few more hours
work with 50 more bolts~ in connection with the number he presented that was rustei
and in bad condition.
Mr~Ra~verson moved and seconded by l~ Oldham that all billl
approved and allowed by a majority of the ~ommissioners the clerk be instructed
to issue warrants for sams.
Motion carried as follows Mr Oldham Yes.Mr Halverson

Mr Halverson moved and seconded by Mr Oldham that the following
list of Judges and Inspectors be appointed to serve at the comimg Primary Electioz
to be held in Bremerton and Oharleston November Elst,19E?,and the clerk be instru~
to send officiaLmotices to each person. Motion carried as ~ollows ~ Oldham Yes
