Minutes of the previous meeting read and approved as read by the following vote Mr 01dham ~es,Mr Hatverson Xes,Mr Casad Xes. Mr Halverson moved and seconded by Mr 01dham that all bills approved amd allowed by a majority of the Commissioners the clerk be instructed t~ issue warrants for same, Motion carried as follows Mr 01dham Yes,Mr Halverson Yes,~ Casad Yes. Mr 0asad stated that bids should be called for to furnish ten new Hydrants for the Lincoln District Improvements. Mr Casad moved and seconded by ~ Oldham that the clerk have notice published according to law calling for bids to furnish ten new Hydeants and sufficient water pipes and fittings according to specifications and that bids be opened at the regular meeting at l00}Clock ~ednesday November 16th 19~, Motion carried as follows Mr 01dham Xes.Mr Halverson Yes,Mr Casad Yes. Mr Casad~reported that he had made arrangements with }~ Benjamin the Diver to examine the water supply pipe crossing ~he bay to ~nette as during the past few weeks he h~d done consederable checking up on the water supply~a~ddde~dded ~hat some leakage must be in the supgly pipe that crossed the bay,buthad not received a report from the Diver yet bu~ expected a report soon. ~ Casad moved and seconded by Mr Halverson tha~ the meeting adjourn.until l0 O'Clock A.M.~riday November 4th 19E?. Mr Halverson moved and seconded by Mr Oldham that the Bond of Mr Ray l¥ood the Con~ractor for L.I.D.No 118 Improvements be accepted, Motion carried as follows, 1Er 01dham Yes,Mr Halveraon Yee,2~r Ca,ad ~es.
