Request from 2r.~ack Smith to remove a pmrtion~of street curb from
in front of his place of business, reques~ granted providing l~e made a deposit
of ~5.00 as a guaranty for its replacemen~ if necessary.
Application for the Police ~oroe in Bremerton was received and read from
~r.C.I,[.Skinner of Charleston,. Application order'ed placed on file. _ ~
Further consideration of the budget for 1928 was taken up after which
.Ir.Oldham moved and seconded by l~r,Halverson, tha~ ~he budget for 1928 as read

Ordinance No.865, beinE an ordinance fixing and adopting the financial
budget for the year 19~8. for~he several departments of the City Government
for ~he fiscal year 19E8, and appropriating t'he several sums ,nd total amounts

for said year, after;the said ordinance was read, ~r.Halverson moved and

ington, for the year 1928, and approving the assessmeht roll as made by the Cowry
~ssessor of Kitsap Co~ty, Said Ordinance being read For the second time.
