~¥~eeting called to give the property owners of the Lincoln School
District an opportunity of hearing e~plinations from City Engineer Casad
on the proposed Street Improvements to be made in the district.
Four,eon interested person~ were present and after a long consul-
tatio~o~er th~impr~V~ent~'mll were satisfied with costs Et~. involved
in said district and improvements.

The thanks of the Secretary of the Chamber of Commerce w~s received
for ~he heartj co-operation of tl~e 0o~aissioners with the Cahmber and
Citizens.
There being no protes~s received either oral or written the
Com~issioners adjourned until Tuesday morning at 10 O'Clock October
19£7, for further consideration of the budget.
