of quorm no official b~Siness could be transacted and Mr. Casad directed

On account of ~his being an adjourned meeting no action was taken on City
~ngineers report for the improvement of alley between Pacific and Park Avenues
~nd the m~tter was laid over for the regular meeting ~ugust 17,1927 at l0 o'clock
There being no further besiness to come before ~he meeting, Er. Casad moved and
~econded. by Mr.Ha~m~rson tha~ the meeting adjourn, ~o~ion carried as follows
