~inutes of the previous meeting read and approved as read by the
following vote. ~r. Oldham,yes; Er. Casad,yes;
Request from ~r.H.W.Ossler for a renewal of license for fifteen pool
tables, Cigars and soda for one year at 2~8 Front Street. accompanied by a
oheck for $155.00. Eoved bY ~r. Oldham, and seconded by Nr. Casad, that the
reques~2be~gra~ed and the Clerk instructed ~o issue ~he license.

An Ordinance on ~he limitation of"~or Hire Cars" and taxies, in the
~ity was read and Nn. Oldham, moved and seconded by ~r.Casad, it ~as laid
over for one week, ~otion carried as follows, ~r. Oldham,yes; ~r. Casad,yes;
There were several residents from the Lincoln School District,present
~nd requested the Coamission to name a ~ime when they could discuss the
~uestion )f street,improvements in that district, The 8ommissioners decided
~o mee~ with them Wednesday evening, July 6,19E7 at ~:~0 o'clock, ~r.01dham
noved and seconded by Er, Casad, that all bills be approve~and allowed by
majority of the Commission and the Glerk be instructed to issue warrants
or the same, ~otion carried as follows, Nr.01dham,yes; Hr. Casad.yes;
