Regular meeting of the City Commissioners of the City of Bremerton,
~Vashington, held at l00'01oek A.M. ~?ednesday, May 4th, 1927. ~Vith Mayor,
C.E.B.01dham, presiding and Commissioners Halverson, and Casad, present
at roll call.
~inutes of the previous meeting read and~approved as read by the
following vote, ~r.01dham, yes; Mr.Halvemson,yes; ~r. Casad, yes;
~.,ir.H.E. Gorman being presen~ submitted an~.~easemen~ from ~r.~S.Neeley
and Bertha E.Neeley, for a wa~er line over certain described property
contained in ~he easement. Mr. Halverson, moved and seconded by Mr.01dham, ~ha'
the request contained in ~he easement be granted and the Clerk instructed
to have ~he ~m~ors signature appended and fo~arded to ~he Co~ty Auditor
to be duly recorded, motion carried as follows. Mr.01dham, yes: ~r.
Halverson, yes; Mr.~asmd, yes;
Er.J.W.MoD~ad, being present addressed' the meeting regarding ~he
collection of wa~er fees 'and certain rights for wa~er users, tapping water
line now supplying the Happy Valley Co~i~Y. and requested information
regarding his future actions and after due consideration by ~he Commissioners
it was decided tha~ Er.MeD~ad, would assemble all the par~ies interested
at the Co.ell Ch~bers,~uesday evening, ~[ay 10,1927, and endeavor
set~le ~he existing difficulties. ~r.Halverson, moved and seconded by
~ir.01dham ~hat all Bills be approved and allowed by a majority of the
Commissioners, and the 01erk be instructed tomissue warrants for same.
